This journal is lovingly produced at 8.5” x 11” with a beautifully finished soft-touch matte cover, illustrated on the front with Coyote Slumber (sleeping coyote) and Don’t Leave the Dark Behind (crow with mushrooms) on the back cover. With 72 Sheets/144 pages of 70 lb. blank paper, these journals are built with durable smyth-sewn, layflat, library-quality binding, making it able to fit into your bag or backpack without having to worry about the pages falling out. The lovely inside blank paper is bleed-free and can handle pencils, crayons, and a variety of pens and markers you can write or draw with. You can personalize your journal by adding your name on the inside cover.

About the Artist

Lisa Kurt is an artist and illustrator living and working with her sweet son in the beautiful Pacific Northwest city of Seattle, WA. Working out of her cozy home and studio, The Tiny Treehouse. She creates cute, playful, and quirky illustrations that evoke mood, nostalgia, adventure, and wonder.
She loves hearing and creating good stories of all kinds and loves animals, trees, and nature. She’s shown her work in galleries nationwide including Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Austin, and Reno and worked with some wonderful clients including Edible Reno-Tahoe, The Nevada Museum of Art, Bharat Babies, and The Reno News and Review.
