Ordering

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed online with a verified wholesale account. Please be sure to sign in before adding items to your cart.

If you do not have a wholesale account for our site, please click here to begin the inquiry process.

When you are signed in to your wholesale account, you will see wholesale prices on products and will be able to submit your order without immediate payment.

Can I order from more than one artist in a single order?

Yes!

Please browse through all the items we have available for wholesale. By ordering through the Collective, you benefit from consolidated shipping costs and can mix and match artists to meet the minimum order amount of $150. If you have questions about minimums or the items themselves, please contact hello@rvscollective.com.

What is the minimum order?

Wholesale orders must be a minimum of $150 before shipping costs and after the wholesale discount.

In terms of product quantity, the minimum will vary by product and artist.

Most vinyl stickers have a minimum of 10. Pins will vary between a minimum of three and five. Prints will have a minimum of either three or five.

What is the minimum order for cups?

The minimum order for cups is 24. For orders that are being shipped, cups must be ordered in increments of 24 (i.e. 24, 48, 72). At the heart of this restriction is our priority to reduce waste and operate sustainably. Without the quantity rules, we would have to ship partially full boxes, which doesn’t fit within our model of business.

Orders that are being picked up from our studio can order cups in any quantity beyond the minimum of 24.

Do I have to order 24 of the same cup?

No.

You can mix styles and sizes to meet the 24 cup minimum. We sell cups in increments of 24 so that we can fill up the box and not waste resources on shipping empty space.

What is the minimum order for bowls?

Bowls that are being shipped must be ordered in quantities of 12.

For orders of bowls that are being picked up, the minimum order is 6.

Invoices/Payment

What happens after I submit my order?

You will receive a confirmation via email. Please note that this initial email is not your invoice.

Robot vs Sloth Collective will review your order and calculate shipping costs. You (or your designated contact) will be sent an invoice via email within seven days. Invoices are sent via Square.

How do I make payment?

When you receive your invoice, you will be able to pay via direct bank transfer, check, or credit card.

When is payment due?

First time orders require a payment before shipping. For your second order, Net30 is available. Payment is due no later than 30 days after submitting your order. A penalty of 5% will be applied after 30 days. If your account is ever 60 days past due, Net30 will no longer be available. 

Shipping

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.

Can I get my order some way other than UPS?

If you are in the Seattle area, you can make an appointment to pick up your order at our studio in SoDo. The building has easy access for loading vehicles.

You may also request delivery via courier.

If you would like an expedited delivery service such as Overnight or 2-Day Delivery, please send an email to hello@rvscollective.com.

Receiving Orders

I am missing items from my order. What should I do?

Please send an email to hello@rvscollective.com with your order number and the product--and quantity--you are missing.

One or more of my cups arrived broken. What do I do?

Please check your order within five days of delivery. If you have any cups with defects or breaks, please email hello@rvscollective.com and let us know which cups were affected. Please include photos of the damages or defects.

What are the folded cards that came with my Lucky Cups?

These artist cards are meant to be placed inside the cups before selling. They provide customers with information about the artist behind the cups.

Unfortunately, they do not fit inside the small cups.

We have new artist cards specifically for Spark Cups. Please be sure to put these cards (features the Trail of Radiance image on the front) in the Spark Cups.
